Select items considered hazardous materials are restricted and must be shipped with Ground Service. Orders $200 and over always ship for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $200, there is a delivery charge of $20.00 for Standard 2 Day shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day shipping.
Gift cards are shipped separately from merchandise with USPS First Class Mail for FREE. For shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses, BlackPearlUSA.com uses USPS Priority. The delivery charge is $6.95 per order.
For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer USPS (Priority), 3 Day shipping services. Orders $200 and over will be shipped free of charge with USPS Priority. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
If you are shipping to a United States Post Office Box, we offer USPS Priority free on orders $200 and over. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post).
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

BlackPearlUSA.com does not offer shipping to Canada and Internationally, except to military personnel with APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, contact Customer Service for assistance at Info@blackpearlusa.com, or call 1 (844) 560-7249.
Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hair spray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend Ground at $20.00 if orders are under $200. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays (UPS orders only):

For packages shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses using USPS Priority there are additional holidays in which packages do not ship from our distribution centers including: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on BlackPearlUSA.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
